As per the company’s press release, Abhishek Integrations Limited (AIL) has been awarded a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the operation and maintenance of electrical utility equipment, including a 22kV substation, at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) facility in Kalyan. The contract is valued at Rs 94.50 lakh (inclusive of GST) and has been issued by BARC, Mumbai.

The company does not announce Quarterly Results; however, according to the half-yearly results, in September FY24, Abhishek Integrations Ltd recorded a revenue of Rs 11.48 crore compared to Rs 10.86 crore. The operating profit stood at Rs 0.79 crore. The net profit stood at Rs 0.28 crore compared to a profit of Rs 0.27 crore. Looking at the annual performance, the company generated a revenue of Rs 25.45 crore in FY24. The operating profit for FY24 was Rs 1.75 crore with a net profit of Rs 0.77 crore compared to a net profit of Rs 0.67 crore in FY23.
Turning your attention to the company’s previous projects, the company has completed various initiatives across airports in India, including Mumbai, Goa, Gaya, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Ranchi, and others. These projects involved the development, operation, and maintenance of HT and LT electrical and mechanical systems and their installation in terminal buildings. Additionally, the company managed the installation and maintenance of firefighting solutions as a system integrator, along with the operation and upkeep of GLF/Airfield Lighting Systems, substations, and perimeter light fittings.
