The authority for executing the contract will be executed on receipt of the required material. No promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order(s)/contract(s)/authorities. The order(s)/contract(s)/authorities through the receipt of this authority would not fall within related party transactions.
