Pennar group gets orders amounting to Rs 311cr
On Monday, Pennar group informed the bourses that it has received orders worth Rs. 311 crore for the month of April across its various business verticals.
Out of these orders, Pennar Industries bagged multiple orders worth Rs. 173 crore across its business verticals. For railway products, it bagged orders from Integrated Coach Factory, Rail Coach Factory and Universal Engineering. For industrial components, it received orders from Emerson, Endurance, WABCO, Ashok Leyland and Yamaha. For CRSS products, it received orders from Sterling & Wilson, Hammon and Thermax for CRFS products; IFB, L G Balakrishnan and Wahi Sons.
The group’s other entity Pennar Engineered Building Systems won orders worth Rs 138 crore for warehouses and manufacturing facilities from customers such as Natco, MRF and Cyient.
Recently, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the scheme of amalgamation of Pennar Engineered Building Systems Limited and Pennar Enviro Limited with Pennar Industries Limited.
On Monday, the stock of Pennar Industries opened at Rs. 33.65 and made an intra-day low of Rs 32.25 on the BSE. At 14:11 hours, the stock was trading at Rs. 32.85 on the BSE.
