Overnight digest: Watch out for these stocks on August 30

In Friday's trading session, Sensex has managed to cross the 56,000 mark and has settled at 56,124.72 level while Nifty closed above 16,700 level. On the sectoral front, it was a green day as all the sectoral indices ended in green. BSE Smallcap index & BSE Midcap index also ended on a positive note.

Following stocks will be in focus for Monday's trading session -

Capital Goods stocks - The BSE Capital Goods index was the highest gaining index among the sectoral indices on Friday . Hindustan Aeronautics, ABB India, SKF India, Graphite India and BHEL were the top gaining stocks within the capital goods sector in Friday's trading session. Keep a watch on them for Monday's trading session.

Pharma stocks - The pharma stocks have experienced a rally in the last trading session of this week. Strides Pharma Science, Aarti Industries, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Cadila Healthcare, Jubilant Pharmova, and Biocon were the pharma buzzers in Friday's trading session. These pharma stocks will be in focus on Monday.

Procter & Gamble Health - This company, which follows July to June financial year, is likely to be on radar for Monday as it has announced its quarterly results for Q4FY21 ending on June 30, 2021. Procter & Gamble Health has reported a 30.63 per cent decline in its net profit, standing at Rs 33.89 crore for the fourth quarter as compared to Rs 48.86 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year. Meanwhile, revenue from operations was registered at Rs 285.39 crore in Q4FY21 as compared to Rs 201.15 crore in the year-ago period. 

Adani Green - Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Ba3 rating to Adani Green Energy's proposed USD senior secured notes. The company will primarily use the proceeds from the USD notes to on-lend to its direct and indirect subsidiaries which will fund the development of utility-scale renewable power projects. The stock has declined 0.13 per cent in Friday's trading session. 

TCS - The company's stock has experienced a positive breakout and recorded a fresh 52-week high at Rs 3,729. The stock has zoomed 1.18 per cent on Friday and is likely to be on investors' watchlist on Monday.
