Overnight Digest: These small caps will be in focus tomorrow
Banswara Syntex, Dwarikesh Sugar Industries, Indo Rama Synthetics (India), Mirza International, Neogen Chemicals and Compuage Infocom made a fresh 52-week high today.
On Tuesday, bulls continued to dominate the domestic equity markets. Headline indices Nifty 50 and Sensex climbed 1.02 per cent and 1.14 per cent to close the session at 17,805.30 and 59,855.93 respectively. BSE Small-cap index relatively underperformed broader markets by gaining only 0.39 per cent, ending at 29,925.67.

Vanta Bioscience – The company has informed the exchange that they have received orders of Rs 1.18 crore from Coromandel International Limited (India), for carrying out various preclinical studies/toxicity studies on animals, agro chem studies and other studies. This prestigious order also marks the official initiation of studies of the company’s physchem vertical. The said studies will be carried out by the company from its state of the art research facility at Gummidipundi, Chennai.
Kitex Garments – The company has provided a quarterly update for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. Total revenue during the quarter stood at Rs 205 crore as against Rs 121 crore in the same quarter for the previous year. Total revenue for the 3 quarters of FY22 stood at Rs 547 crore as against Rs 353 crore in the same period last year.
Monte Carlo Fashions - The company has provided a quarterly update for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. The company has strategically enhanced its retail presence in India with the opening of 13 new EBO's during Q3FY22. With this, the total number of EBO's reached approximately 318 across 20 states and four union territories. The company continues to witness encouraging trends through its online channels as well.
