Overnight Digest: These small caps will be in focus on Thursday

On Tuesday, domestic equity markets managed to break their 5-day losing streak and end in the green territory. Headline indices Nifty 50 and Sensex closed with gains of 0.75 per cent and 0.64 per cent, at 17,278.00 and 57,858.15 respectively. BSE Small-cap index outperformed broader markets by climbing 0.81 per cent to end the session at 28,869.33.

CarTrade Tech – The company has announced unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2021. It has recorded the highest ever quarterly revenue at Rs 102 crore in Q3-FY22. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter is at Rs 32 crore, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 32 per cent. The company has said in a filing with the exchange that it received 31 million average monthly unique visitors for Q3FY22, of which 86.20 per cent was organic.
The number of listings for auction were 326,319 for Q3FY22. There was a growth of over 53 per cent over Q3FY21. The volumes sold via auction were 72,639 for Q3FY22, a growth of over 60 per cent over Q3FY21.
