Overnight Digest: These small caps will be in focus on Monday

Allcargo Logistics, Anupam Rasayan India, PTL Enterprises, Compucom Software, Pasupati Acrylon and Medicamen Biotech made a fresh 52-week high today.  

On Friday, headline indices Nifty and Sensex closed the session at 17,003.80 and 57,124.31 respectively, in the red territory down by 0.40 per cent and 0.33 per cent respectively. BSE Small-cap index corrected by 0.60 per cent, ending the last trading session of the week at 28,366.55.    

The following small-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday:   

Marathon Nextgen Realty – The company has informed the exchange that the Committee of Directors at its meeting on December 24, 2021 has allotted 3850 secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 385 crore divided in Series I Debentures (2750 Nos.) and Series II Debentures (1100 Nos.) on private placement basis.    

NGL Fine-Chem – The company has informed the exchange that their long-term rating has been reaffirmed is BBB+ ('Stable') and the short-term rating has also been reaffirmed as A2. 

Bajaj Consumer Care – The company has launched a new Product "Bajaj Sarso Amla Oil".
