Overnight Digest: These small caps will be in focus on Monday

Dynemic Products, Vinyl Chemicals (India), GTPL Hathway, VST Tillers Tractors, Titagarh Wagons, Kamdhenu and Triveni Turbine made a fresh 52-week high today. These stocks will likely be in focus on Monday, October 4, 2021.   

On Friday, headline domestic indices Nifty and Sensex ended in the red territory down by 0.49 per cent and 0.61 per cent respectively. BSE Realty index lost 1.56 per cent to end the session at 4,039.64. BSE Consumer Durables and BSE Metal indices gained 0.85 per cent and 0.62 per cent respectively. BSE Small-cap index outperformed the broader markets by gaining 0.48 per cent i.e. 133.88 points. 

The following small-cap and mid-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday:  

 Aurionpro Solutions – The company has announced the signing up of two strategic deals in their data centre business. It has won two separate orders for the setting up and designing of the data centres for two of the marquee names in the Indian market. The first order is from Tata Power, one of the largest private power sector companies in India. Aurionpro will support Tata Power to design and build Data Centre and Disaster Recovery Centre for process automation (SCADA) for its power plants. The entire power management and critical operations technology of the state of Maharashtra will be managed by the data centre which is being built by Aurionpro. The second win is from IIT Guwahati, wherein Aurionpro is setting up a High Performance Computing Data Centre. This project is part of the National Supercomputing Mission launched by the Government of India to enhance the research capacities and capabilities in the country by connecting them to form a Supercomputing grid, with the National Knowledge Network (NKN) as the backbone. 

Asian Energy Services – The company has received a Notification of Award (NOA) from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) for 3D Seismic Data Acquisition in the Central Baramura area, A&AA Basin, valued at around Rs 46.87 crore (inclusive of GST). 

Ramkrishna Forgings – The company has recently announced that it has won an order worth Rs 50 crore per annum from one of the leading tractor OEMs in India for the supply of tractor & farm equipment. The tractor industry has shown strong recovery in recent months and this order strengthens the company’s presence in this sector and bodes well for the future. 

52-week High Stocks – Dynemic Products, Vinyl Chemicals (India), GTPL Hathway, VST Tillers Tractors, Titagarh Wagons, Kamdhenu and Triveni Turbine made a fresh 52-week high today. These stocks will likely be in focus on Monday, October 4, 2021.
