Overnight Digest: These Small-cap stocks will be in focus on Wednesday

The BSE SmallCap Index closed higher by 0.30 per cent in line with the BSE Sensex which closed higher by 0.38 per cent on Tuesday. FIEM Industries, Confidence Petro, Astron and VST Tillers were some of the top BSE SmallCap Index gainers while Tech Mahindra, TCS and Nestle were the top BSE Sensex gainers on Tuesday.  

Following small cap stocks will be in focus on Wednesday trading session:  

1.52-week High: FIEM Industries, Confidence Petro, Deep Industries, Dynamatic Technology, MRO-Tek Realty, Hexa Trader, Banco Products and Nandani Creation were some of the small cap stocks that traded at their fresh 52-week highs in Tuesday trading sessions. These small cap stocks will be in focus on Wednesday trading session.  

2.Price Volume gainers: Subex, Allcargo Logistics, NIIT, Arvind Fashions, Garvita, Birlasoft , JK Tyre and KPIT Technology gained with spurt in volumes. These small caps stocks will be on investors radar.  

3.Upper Circuits: Brooks Lab, Shreyas Shipping, Everest Kanto and Nelco are some of the small cap stocks which saw only buyers in Tuesday trading session. 

4.Edelweiss Financial Services: The share price of Edelweiss Financial Services jumped higher by more than 5 per cent as the investors discounted the news of fund-raising plan by Edelweiss Wealth management. The stocks will be in focus on Wednesday.  

5.Steel Strip Wheel: The stock was locked in upper circuit as the Dalal Street discounted the stock split plans of Steel Strips on Tuesday. The stock will be in focus on Wednesday trading session.  

6.Sugar Stocks: Dharani Sugars, Rana Sugars and Bajaj Hindustan Sugars closed with optimism on Tuesday. These sugar stocks will be in focus on Wednesday trading session.
