Overnight Digest: These Small Cap Stocks will be in focus on Wednesday

BSE Sensex jumped by more than 800 points to gain by more than 1.6 per cent to make a fresh all time high for itself. Nifty was seen comfortably trading above 16000 levels.

The broader markets where seen underperforming the frontline indices even as BSE Sensex jumped by more than 800 points to gain by more than 1.6 per cent to make a fresh all time high for itself. Nifty was seen comfortably trading above 16000 levels.

Following small-cap stocks will be tracked by the investors and momentum traders alike on Wednesday: 

1. Rane Madral Limited : Rane (Madras) Ltd is a part of the Rane group of companies involved in the manufacture and distribution of steering and suspension systems. The shares of Rane (Madras) Ltd jumped by more than 15 per cent on Tuesday and are trading close to its 52-week highs. A breakout is possible in the stock if the stock close above the 52-week high levels. 

2. 52-Week High small-caps : Steel Exchange , Nilkamal, Sanghi Industries, Steel Strips, Mangalam Cement and TK Tyre were all seen trading at fresh 52-week highs with huge gain in volume. These stocks will be watched with optimism on Wednesday. 

3. Top Losers : Mahindra Logistics, Vadilal Industries , Swan Energy , BCG, Neuland Lab , Bajaj hindustan and HCC traded with lot of weakness on Tuesday when the BSE Sensex has the best dain in almost two months. These stocks will be handled with caution on Wednesday by the investors and traders alike.
