Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch out on May 27

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on May 27 are JSW Steel, Omaxe, Salzer Electronics, Page Industries and Gruh Finance.

JSW Steel: The company reported that net profit declined nearly 50 per cent to Rs. 1,523 crore. Revenue was up by 4.8 per cent to Rs. 22,368 crore. Ebitda, however, fell by 16 per cent to Rs. 4,440 crore.

Omaxe: The company has entered into an agreement for sale of M/s Eden Buildcon Limited, wholly-owned subsidiary of Omaxe with Darshita Landed Property.

Salzer Electronics: The company is set to acquire 72.32 per cent stake in Kaycee Industries, a part of CMS group.

Page Industries: The Board of Directors of the company has declared Interim Dividend 2018-19 of Rs.41 per equity share.

Gruh Finance:  The company clocked the highest volume of 181.48 lakh shares on Friday.
