Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management: The company has acquired additional 5.82 lakh shares in Cholamandalam Financial Holdings.

PNC Infratech Limited: Rating agency Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE) has downgraded the company’s credit rating from CARE BBB+ to CARE BBB.
