Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch out for June 10
After a busy week, the stocks to keep a watch on for Monday, June 10 include Manappuram Finance, Bharat Forge, L&T, DHFL and Ramky Infrastructure.
Manappuram Finance Limited(MFL): Media reports said that SEBI served show-cause notice to the top management of the company for breach of insider trading regulations.
Bharat Forge: The company has signed a joint venture agreement with Reuf Electronik GmbH, Germany to develop, manufacture and sell on board controllers and components used for e-mobility vehicles and also for commercial vehicles.
Larsen & Toubro (L&T): The company announced an open offer for 5.13 crore shares or 31 per cent stake in Mindtree at Rs. 980 per share. The hostile take-over initiated by L&T makes it interesting to look at the future stock movement of both the companies.
DHFL: With the company defaulting its debt payments due to apparent liquidity crisis, its commercial papers were downgraded by both CRISIL and ICRA to have resulted to a further drop in the stock.
Ramky Infrastructure: Ramky Infrastructure receives an order worth Rs. 494.04 crore from Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation closing the stock at Rs. 115.17, a decrease by 1.15 per cent.
