Overnight Digest: Stocks to lookout on September 4

The stocks to watch out on September 4 include ONGC, IDBI Bank, Tata Communications, Future Market Networks and Indiamart Intermesh.

IDBI Bank: To help improve the bank’s capital base and to turn it profitable, the government has approved a fund infusion of Rs. 9300 crore of which 51 per cent i.e Rs. 4743 crore will be made by LIC.

ONGC: A major fire erupted at the company’s oil and gas processing plant located at Uran in Navi Mumbai, thus diverting gas to a plant in Gujarat.

Tata Communications: Complex ICT service provider Nesco Global ICT Services, has entered into an agreement with Tata Communications to provide integrated IoT services to its customers by using Tata Communications MOVE as a leveraging platform.

Future Market Networks Limited: Real estate platform ESR India Investments Holdings Pte. Ltd. Is set to invest around Rs. 300 crore in Future Group for the purpose of developing logistics infrastructure assets.

Indiamart Intermesh Limited: The company will be investing Vyapar, a mobile based business accounting software for small businesses.
