The stocks to watch out on September 5 include Cox & Kings, ICICI Lombard, Signet, BEML and Donear Industries.

Cox & Kings Limited: In a letter to the exchanges, the company reported a possible sale of its European hotel chain Meininger.

ICICI Lombard: The company has collaborated with Standard chartered Bank to provide insurance services to the bank’s customers.

Signet Industries: Signet Industries has received an order of around Rs. 51.84 crore from Tata Projects (TPL) to supply HDPE pipes for Hanotha Dam Irrigation Project.

BEML: The company is set to divest its shareholding of 96.56 per cent held in Vignyan Industries Limited (VIL).

Donear Industries Limited: Post fixing September 16, 2019 as record date for determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2018-19, the stock of the company was up by 4.19 per cent.
