Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out on October 4

The stocks to watch out for October 4 include Maruti Suzuki, Rossell India, Hindalco, Himatsingka Seide and Thomas Cook.

Maruti Suzuki India: The automaker announces that its premium retail channel Nexa has sold over one million vehicles.

Rossell India: Rossell Hospitality, a division of the company has shut down and discontinued operations at all the outlets of ‘Kebab Xpress’ located in NCR Delhi.

Hindalco Industries Limited: Novelis Inc., which is the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, received approval from the European Commission for its proposed acquisition of Aleris Corporation.

Himatsingka Seide Limited: The company commenced commercial production at its new greenfield Terry Towel Plant in Karnataka with an installed capacity of 25,000 tonnes per annum.

Thomas Cook India: The travel and services company acquired Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI) to venture into The Bahamas.
