Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out on January 15

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on January 15 are Bharti Airtel, Vakrangee, Garnet International, Prakash Industries and BHEL. 

Bharti Airtel: The company is in talks to buy Telkom Kenya to create a stronger challenger in the local market. Shares of Bharti Airtel could be in focus in Tuesday’s trading session. 

Vakrangee Limited: The company has announced the launch of over 3,300 NextGen Kendras across India. The stock of the company could witness some movement in the next trading session. 

Garnet International: The company has received approval for the sale of the entire stake in Garnet Valorem Capital Venture. The shares could be in focus on Tuesday. 

Prakash Industries: The company reported quarterly earnings for Q3FY19 where net sales increased by 41 per cent to Rs. 1,026 crore from Rs. 726 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago. EBITDA expanded by 35 per cent YoY in Q3FY19 to reach Rs. 206 crore. Also, PAT surged by 40 per cent YoY to Rs. 141 crore. 

BHEL: The company bagged an order for Solar Photovoltaic Plants worth Rs 565 crore. The plants are to be set up in Telangana. The stock of the company could witness some movement on Tuesday.
