Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out on February 26

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on February 26 are Thomas Cook, Lupin, Lux Industries, JSPL and Zim Laboratories.

Thomas Cook’s (India): The wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Travel Corporation (India) (TCI) has entered into an agreement to acquire 51% stake in BDC Digiphoto Imaging Solutions, Mumbai. Shares could be in focus on Tuesday.

Lupin: The pharma company has received approval for its Methylprednisolone Tablets USP, 2 mg, 4 mg, 8 mg, 16 mg and 32 mg, from the USFDA to market a generic version of Pharmacia and Upjohn Company's Medrol tablets, 2 mg, 4 mg, 8 mg, 16 mg and 32 mg. The shares could be in limelight on Tuesday.

Lux Industries has incorporated subsidiary company namely ‘Altai Industries’ (AIPL). AIPL is proposed to engage in the business of manufacturing, importing, exporting and dealing in wearing apparel including hosiery goods. The shares of the company will be watched.

Jindal Steel and Power : The company has emerged as lowest bidder in a tender worth approximately Rs 3,300 crore, floated by Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) for supply of 4.45 lakh tonnes of rails. The stock will be in focus.

Zim Laboratories has received an approval for incorporation of subsidiary in Latvia. The board has also given approval for establishment of Representative Office in Vietnam. The shares of the company could witness some movement on Tuesday.
