IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited: The debt-laden IL&FS, which was in the news for all negative reasons, has informed the bourses that the company today paid the interest due on non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The stock will be watched on Tuesday.
SMS Lifesciences India: The company has further acquired 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each (21.21%) in Mahi Drugs. With this, the total stake of the company as on date in Mahi Drugs is 100.00% and the latter has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
