Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on February 5

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on February 5 are Lupin, Havells, Darjeeling Ropeway, Wipro and Indian Overseas Bank

Lupin: The company is recalling over 24000 bottles of Fluocinolone Acetonide topical solution used for treatment of a variety of skin conditions from the US and Puerto Rico. The reason for the recall is failed impurities and degradation specifications. The voluntary ongoing recall is a class II recall. The stocks could be in focus on Tuesday. 


Havells : Lloyd has launched country's fastest cooling Air Conditioners- 'Grande' for the upcoming summer season. The new range of 'Grande' ACs can cool down the temperature to 18 degrees Celsius in just 45 seconds. The shares of the company are likely to be in focus in Tuesday's trading session. 

Darjeeling Ropeway: The company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Government of Gujarat to manufacture and produce Polymer/PVC based parts and assemblies that will be used in Automotive cooling systems parts and accessories. The company will be manufacturing and providing automotive ancillary products at Changodar, Sanand, Gujarat. Shares could get some focus in the next trading session. 

Wipro: The company has launched its Next-Gen ATSC 3.0 solution for pay TV service providers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), original design manufacturers (ODMs), smart TV manufacturers and semiconductor companies based in North America. The company has partnered with Airwavz.tv, a Seattle-based startup, pioneering the design and sale of NextGen TV receivers and antennas, for this solution. The stocks of the company would be in highlight on Tuesday. 

Indian Overseas Bank: As an outcome of the board meeting the bank has issued and allotted 18,24,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at an issue price of Rs. 11.90 per equity share to Eligible Employees under Indian Overseas Bank Employee Stock Purchase Scheme 2018. Stocks could be in focus on Tuesday.
