Thomas Cook: The company has completed acquisition of 51 per cent stake in DEI Holdings, an entity registered in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) Dubai, UAE along with its subsidiaries by Travel Circle International (Mauritius).
Setco Automotive: The company has announced plan to invest Rs. 300 crore over the next three years to ramp up capacity and other activities. The company also expects to grow at about 20 per cent in FY20.
NTPC: Company has informed about Capacity Addition of 1st Unit of 800 MW of Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Project (2x800 MW).
Meera Industries: The company has secured new orders from China, Brazil and Mexico. These countries are a new addition to the company’s export list.
Kamdhenu Limited: The company has informed the bourses regarding an increase of capacity at their steel plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
