Watch out for these large-cap stocks in Wednesday’s trading session!
Although the session began with a gain, losses across several sectors caused the Indian benchmark indices to end the session negative. While communications and real estate stocks performed the worst, BSE Financial Services, BSE Bankex and BSE Metals were the only sectors to post gains.
The BSE Sensex edged down by 0.07 per cent to 57,613 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index fell 0.20 per cent to a level of 16,951.

IndusInd Bank - Shares of the bank surged 2.33 per cent, making them the top Sensex gainer in an otherwise weak market and also attempted to boost the BSE Bankex sectoral index, which was significantly impacted by more than 5 per cent loss by Bandhan Bank.
Adani Enterprises - Heavy selling pressure was observed in all Adani Group stocks and shares of Adani Enterprises plunged more than 7 per cent today, showing a total decline of more than 50 per cent over the past six months. Shares of Adani Green Energy, Adani Transmission and Adani Total Gas were also locked at 5 per cent lower circuits.
Muthoot Finance - The company announced that the Finance Committee of the board of directors has approved the prepayment of USD 550 million in external commercial borrowings due on September 02, 2023 raised by the company under the GMTN Programme. Shares of the company ended the session marginally higher.
