Watch out for these large-cap stocks in Thursday’s trading session!

Indian benchmark indices closed the session lower, weighed down by significant declines in the information technology and power sectors, while the BSE Metals and BSE Healthcare sectors gained moderately. The BSE Sensex fell 0.27 per cent to the 59,567 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index lost 0.23 per cent to a level of 17,618.  

Watch out for these Large-Cap stocks in Thursday’s trading session - 

Axis Bank - Shares of Axis Bank experienced significant buying pressure in an otherwise weak market and ended the session more than 1 per cent higher, making them the top Sensex gainer. The allotment of equity shares under the ESOP scheme was recently declared by the bank. 

AU Small Finance Bank - The bank stated that subject to compliance with all applicable regulations, the Reserve Bank of India has granted a licence to act as Authorized Dealer Category-I (AD-I) to deal in foreign exchange. 

HCL Technologies - HCL Technologies was the worst-performing stock on the BSE Sensex as its shares fell 2.40 per cent today. Shares have tumbled more than 4 per cent in the last five trading sessions on the back of concerns about the weak performance of IT businesses.
