Overnight Digest: Stocks to be watched on August 12

Benchmark indices registered a positive close on Thursday with Sensex gaining 500 points while Nifty advancing 124 points.
Axis Bank, Bajaj Finance, HDFC, Tech Mahindra, and TCS were among the major Nifty gainers whereas the losers included Tata Consumer Products, Apollo Hospitals, ITC, Hindalco Industries, and NTPC.
Apart from FMCG, all other sectoral indices closed on a higher note with the bank, capital goods, Information Technology, PSU Bank, and realty being up between 1 and 2 per cent.

Zydus Lifesciences - The company received final approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to market Prochlorperazine Maleate tablets (used to treat nervous, emotional, and mental conditions), USP 5 mg, and 10 mg. The shares of Zydus Lifesciences gained good momentum in the first hour of the trading session and rose to 3 per cent during the day.
Kirloskar Pneumatic (KPCL) - The shares of Kirloskar Pneumatic have surged 10 per cent in the past two days after domestic mutual funds bought more than a 6 per cent stake in the company via the open market. The shares of Kirloskar Pneumatic (KPCL) touched a record high of Rs 520 per cent, zooming 7 per cent in Thursday’s intra-day trade.
Bharat Forge - The company declared Quarterly Results for Q1FY23. Net profit rose 7.03 per cent to Rs 164.45 crore in the quarter ended June 2022 while sales improved 35.29 per cent to Rs 2,851.46 crore on a YoY basis. The shares of Bharat Forge ended the day 3.54 per cent higher.
SME Stocks - The shares of Gensol Engineering and Kotyark Industries made a fresh all-time high on Thursday. Only buyers were seen in Gensol Engineering shares after the company announced its expansion plan on Wednesday.
Kingfa Science - The shares of Kingfa Science were seen as outperforming the market with a price volume breakout. Kingfa Science shares will be on investors' watchlist for Friday's trading session.
Raj Ratan Global Wire - Heavy buying was seen in Raj Ratan Global Wire on Thursday. The shares of Raj Ratan Global Wire made a fresh all-time high on Thursday indicating that the stock will be in focus on Friday.
Kilpest India - Only buyers were seen in Kilpest India shares on Thursday. Kilpest shares rose by 20 per cent to be locked in the upper circuit after it witnessed heavy buying in Thursday's trading session when the Nifty 50 managed to climb by more than 100 points. Kilpest will be in focus on the Friday trading session.
