Opening spotlight: These Group A stocks witnessed heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Today, at the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green at a gain of 324 points or 0.61 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index was trading at the level of 53,095.41, holding onto gains of 68.44 points or 0.13 per cent.
On the sectoral front, during the pre-opening session, metals shined by around 0.1 per cent, power strengthened by nearly 0.6 per cent whereas auto slipped around 0.3 per cent.
Meanwhile, Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd, Dhani Services Ltd, and Mangalam Cement Ltd emerged as the top gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. None of these companies have made any announcements lately. Hence, the rally in their share prices could purely be driven by market forces.
Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, rallied 8.10 per cent to trade at Rs 1,799 apiece.
The shares of Dhani Services Ltd surged 4.96 per cent to trade at Rs 35.95 apiece.
Mangalam Cement Ltd, an S&P BSE Smallcap company, climbed 4.94 per cent to trade at Rs 288 apiece.
