OnMobile to collaborate with Gionee

OnMobile has made an announcement about entering a partnership agreement with Gionee, owned by the Jaina Group. This partnership is aimed at launching a contest platform in a bid to to provide an intuitive and rewarding experience for the users of Gionee.

Gionee, which has always been known for its new and up-to-date generation of mobile phones, striving to fulfill the needs of its consumers, has partnered with OnMobile to launch a new portfolio of products, such as contests, games, themes, tones and videos. OnMobile is a global leader, which provides services in mobile entertainment category with interesting and contextual topics for users, such as online contests. Apart from this, it also offers mobile game subscription services, high-definition tones with an extensive music catalogue, and video streaming solutions that cater to a variety of viewer tastes and needs. The main purpose of this partnership includes incremental revenue generation for Gionee with the help of intuitive OnMobile entertainment platform on its smart phones. 15 per cent of the overall revenue generated from the contest services is set to be invested in gratification to drive engagement. The winners will be announced daily in a dedicated section of the app.

In the press release, Mr. Pradeep Jain, the managing director of Gionee, said that a strong partnership with OnMobile will provide the company's phone users with engaging and rewarding experiences, whereas, consumers will benefit to win reward prizes up to Rs. 2,000 in various forms.

On Thursday, during the early trading hours, the stock of OnMobile Global Trading Ltd. was trading at Rs. 35.75, up by 3.77 per cent or Rs. 1.30 per share. The 52-week high is Rs. 49.50 and 52-week low is Rs. 26.25 on BSE.
