Nesco reports 24 per cent growth in net profit

Nesco's standalone revenue for the fourth quarter of FY18 came in at Rs 75.5 crore, registering a decline of 4 per cent YoY. 

The segment-wise revenue was as follows: 

Nesco IT Park's revenue in Q4FY18 was Rs 31.3 crore vs Rs 37.15 crore in Q4FY17. 
Bombay Exhibition Centre's revenue in Q4FY18 was Rs 34.35 crore vs Rs 30.9 crore in Q4FY17. 
Revenue from industrial capital goods in Q4FY18 was Rs. 7.01 crore vs Rs. 10.55 crore in Q4FY17. 
Nesco Hospitality’s revenue started contributing to income statement in the quarter and registered sales of Rs 2.9 crore. 

The company's EBITDA for the quarter rose by 26.8 per cent YoY to Rs 52.9 crore with a corresponding margin expansion of 1703 bps. Its EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 70.1 per cent. 

The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs 42.8 crore, an increase of 24.1 per cent YoY. 

For the full year 2017-18, the company reported flat performance. Its revenue for the year declined marginally by 1.3 per cent YoY to Rs 304 crore. Its EBITDA for FY17-18 remained almost flat Rs 216 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 70.8 per cent from 69.3 per cent in FY17. The net profit rose 4.3 per cent YoY to Rs 177 crore.
