NCC bags orders worth over Rs. 500 crore in July
NCC Limited has bagged two new orders worth Rs 503.80 crore in the month of July 2019. These orders are received from the central and state government agencies.
Out of these orders, one order worth Rs 201.79 crore pertains to railway division and the second worth Rs. 302.01 crore pertains to Building division.
Earlier, the company had received two orders worth Rs. 358.9 crore in the month of June 2019. These orders were received from the state government agencies. Out of this, one order of Rs. 163.8 crore pertained to Roads Division and second order of Rs. 195.1 crore pertained to Electrical Division.
During FY19, on a standalone basis, the company secured orders of Rs. 25,612 crore and the order book of the holding company stood at Rs. 39,216 crore as of March 31, 2019, a growth of 31 per cent over FY18’s order book.
NCC Limited belongs to the infrastructure industry engaged in the construction of industrial and commercial buildings, roads, bridges and flyovers, water supply and environment projects, power transmission lines, irrigation and real estate development.
On Thursday, the stock of NCC opened at Rs 72.90. During the day, it made intra-day and low of Rs 74.10 and Rs 70.15 respectively. It got closed at Rs 71.55, down by 2.05 per cent.
