NBCC bags order worth Rs. 150 crore in Delhi
Navratna public sector undertaking NBCC (India) Limited bagged an order worth Rs. 150 crore for the construction of an integrated office building at Sec-23, Dwarka, New Delhi for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The proposed building will be a fully-equipped state-of-art structure with energy efficient green features as per GRIHA standards. To be built on a plot area of 3 acres, it shall be a multi-storey building with basement parking and auditorium.
NBCC provides civil engineering construction services. The company is well-experienced in constructing world-class educational and healthcare institutes. It operates through three business segments: Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Real Estate Development, and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC).
On Monday's morning session, the stock opened at Rs. 74.90 per share and touched a high/low of 74.90/71.05, respectively and at 10:32 hours, the stock is quoting at Rs. 72.15 per share, down by 4.75 per cent.
