Presently, various mutual funds have filed the draft for offer document with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

The above table depicts the list of some of the funds that have filed their draft SID with SEBI this month but are still waiting for SEBI approval.
Every draft of SID filed by funds says, “The particulars of the scheme have been prepared under Securities & Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations 1996, (hereinafter referred to as SEBI (MF) Regulations or the Regulations), as amended till date, and filed with SEBI, along with a due diligence certificate from the asset management company (AMC). The units being offered for public subscription have not been approved or recommended by SEBI nor has SEBI certified the accuracy or adequacy of the scheme information document”.
