The Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at the Corporate Office of the Company at Kailashpati, 2nd Floor, Plot 10A, Veera Desai Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai 400053 at 11:00 a.m., to consider and approve the following matter to approve allotment of fully-paid bonus equity shares to the shareholders of the company in 1:1 and Any other business matter with the permission of the chair.
