It is engaged in providing a theme park, offering fun, action, entertainment, dining, and shopping at a single location. It offers thrill rides, family rides, streets of imagica, red bonnet American dinner, etc. The company was founded in 2010 and is based in Khalapur (Maharashtra). It is also engaged in the business of tickets, merchandise, food, and beverages.   

The company recently announced its Quarterly Results for Q1FY23 wherein, its net sales soared 4,466.34 per cent to Rs 88.86 crore as compared to Rs 1.95 crore in Q1FY22. The company has also converted its net loss of Rs 74.63 crore in Q1FY22 to a net profit of Rs 532.27 crore in Q1FY23.  

The scrip surged 325.5 per cent on a YTD basis and generated returns of 325.5 per cent in just one year!
