M&M launches Mahindra Novo 65 HP & 75 HP tractor series

Indian auto major Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has launched Novo 65 HP and 75 HP tractors series. Mahindra Novo tractors are advanced tractor available in 2WD & 4WD versions.

The new range of tractors are priced at Rs. 9.99 lakhs for 65 HP 2WD (655 DI) onwards, while the higher end variant are priced at Rs.12.5 lakhs for 75 HP 4WD (755 DI) ex-showroom Maharashtra.

These tractors are equipped with precision hydraulics and digital technology for remote tracking of location and machine condition. For driver comfort the tractor is fitted with suspension seat and ergonomic controls and Roll Over Protection Structure ( ROPS ) provides additional safety. The company provide three year engine warranty.

Mahindra is the largest selling tractor brand by volume, globally and is a market leader in India's farm equipment sector. The company derives around half of its revenue from the farm equipment sector due to higher profit margins.

On Friday, the stock of M&M closed at Rs. 861.45 per share, up by 0.21 per cent on BSE.
