Centrum Capital Ltd is engaged in investment banking, lending, wealth management services, broking services, trading of bonds, and insurance. On Thursday, the shares of the company recorded their 52-week low. Despite the fact that there is no specific news related to the company, the shares are trading 12.60 per cent higher and the scrip is trading at Rs 21, making it the top gainer.
Delta Corp currently operates in the gaming, hospitality, and online skill gaming segment. This month, ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and his wife Rekha have sold 7.5 million equity shares of the company through an open market sale. The wholly-owned subsidiary of the company Deltatech Gaming (DGL) has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for an initial public offer. This underperforming stock saw some positive traction today and it jumped by 7.42 per cent and the scrip is trading at Rs Rs 176.
Spandana Sphoorty Financial is a leading, rural-focused NBFC-MFI with a geographically diversified presence in India. The company has raised Rs 40 crore through rated, unsubordinated, secured, transferable, redeemable, unlisted non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and allotted 400 NCDs having face value of Rs 10 lakh each, at par, on a private placement basis in Demat form. This news has rallied the share price by 4.07 per cent and the scrip is trading at Rs 319.55.
