United Heat Transfers Ltd (UHTL), established in January 1995, has received a purchase order worth approximately Rs. 30.72 lakh (excluding taxes) from Burckhardt Compression (India) Private Limited. The order involves manufacturing parts, including Heat Exchangers and Cooler Stages 1 & 2, to be supplied to Burckhardt's domestic plant within 2-3 months.
The payment terms for the order include an advance payment of 20 per cent upon the submission of a corporate guarantee. An additional 20 per cent will be released upon providing unpriced purchase order copies to sub-vendors for critical materials such as forgings, pipes, and fittings. The remaining 60 per cent of the basic amount, along with 100 per cent of applicable taxes, will be paid after dispatch, within a 30-day credit period.
United Heat Transfers Ltd specializes in manufacturing heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and process flow skids, catering to industries such as automotive, marine, power generation, and oil & gas.
