Larsen and Toubro Infotech has introduced LTI SafeRadius, a general data protection regulation (GDPR)-compliant return-to-work app to ensure workforce well-being as well as to enhance operational efficiency as employees return to work in a phased manner across industries.

The app aims to provide rich and intuitive operational risk analysis by recording, processing, integrating and presenting data from various sources within and outside an organisation.

The app enables organisations to analyse information across locations on LTI’s self-serve analytics platform-Mosaic Lens, which offers superior analytics, comprehensive reports and visualisation for day-to-day decisions. The app complies with local government norms and guidelines issued by international health organisations. In India, the app is integrated with the government’s Aarogya Setu app via a survey questionnaire, which further helps in capturing the employee’s overall well-being in context to COVID-19, within and outside office.

Some of the key features of the app include ascertaining the overall health of employees, high-risk profiling, incident reporting, seating allocation, staggering work shift schedules, transportation management, real-time alerts on accidental congregation, highlighting the hotspots and contact tracing. Many organisations and governmental bodies throughout the world are taking help of various advanced technologies to tackle COVID-19 crisis. With easing of lockdown in several parts of India, it is becoming imperative to have timely and accurate data so as to help curtail the spread of the virus.

The app also enables HR, facilities and internal communications team to share regular advisories along with, important regional news and events with employees. The managers can access comprehensive operational reports through a real time dashboard, with just a few clicks. The app uses Bluetooth connectivity thus, allowing users to easily turn-off location services when they are not in office.

Larson & Toubro Infotech stock opened at 1878, up by 0.04 per cent or Rs 0.85 per share from its previous day's close.
