LTHE wins EPCI project from Saudi Aramco

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited (LTHE) and EMAS AMC PTE Ltd. have won a project from Saudi Aramco. The project consists of twenty eight offshore jackets in Zuluf, Marjan, Sfaniya and Ribyan offshore fields of Saudi Arabia.

It is a large project that the company estimates to be worth around Rs. 2500-5000 crore.

LTHE's fabrication facilities in Middle East & India are fully equipped to execute these challenging projects. LTHE is a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro and is based in Mumbai, India.

Earlier in the month of July, L&T’s power business had bagged significant engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) orders from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) to set up Flue Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) systems in three power plants of DVC - Durgapur Steel Thermal Power Station (2x500 MW), Mejia Thermal Power Station (2x500 MW) and Raghunathpur Thermal Power Station (2x600 MW) - in West Bengal.

On Thursday, the stock of L&T opened at Rs 1,312.30. In the early morning session, it was up by 1.3 per cent to Rs. 1,327.10 from its previous close of Rs. 1,310.30.
