Litty Thomas has bought 14,400 shares of this micro-cap company at an average price of Rs 360 each. Litty Thomas is the wife of ace investor Porinju Veliyath, an investor and the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Equity Intelligence India.

Incorporated in 2012, C P S Shapers Ltd manufactures and sells compressed garments. CPSSL's brand Dermawear offers a varied range of premium quality shapewear for women and men. It also offers an athleisure range for athletic and casual dressing, along with a selection of comfortable sports bras. The company engages in e-tailing through its own website and has established partnerships with leading e-commerce players in both domestic and international markets.

Today, the shares of C P S Shapers Ltd rallied and hit the upper circuit and finally closed at around Rs 380.40 per share on the BSE. The company’s current market capitalization stands at around Rs 80 crore. Additionally, the shares have delivered an impressive return of over 30 per cent in Just 1 week.

The company doesn’t provide Quarterly Results and as per the half-yearly results in March 2024, C P S Shapers Ltd recorded a revenue of Rs 18.40 crore compared to Rs 19.23 crore. The operating profit stood at Rs 0.92 crore. The net loss stood at Rs 0.08 crore compared to a profit of Rs 2.03 crore. Looking at the annual performance, the company generated a revenue of Rs 35.53 crore in FY24. The operating profit for FY24 was Rs 3.14 crore with an operating profit margin of 8.84 per cent. The company reported a net profit of Rs 0.74 crore in FY24.

According to the company's shareholding pattern, the promoters hold a 71.29 per cent stake while public investors own 25.66 per cent of the shares. DIIs increased their stakes to 3.06 per cent from 2.77 per cent.
