Infosys: The board approves share buyback proposal of up to Rs 9,200 crore at Rs 1,750 per share. Revenues in constant currency (CC) grew by 9.6 per cent YoY and 2 per cent QoQ for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. Digital revenue stood at 51.5 per cent of the total revenue with a YoY CC growth of 34.4 per cent. The operating margin stood at 24.5 per cent, an increase of 3.4 per cent YoY but with a decline of 0.9 per cent QoQ. Outlook for FY22: Revenue growth guidance of 12-14 per cent in CC while operating margin guidance of 22-24 per cent. Salil Parekh, CEO and MD of Infosys said, “The company has crossed a milestone of Rs 1,00,000 crore in revenue in FY21.”
