Lagnam Spintex to discuss interim dividend on January 15, 2022 ; share zooms more than 5 per cent

Bhilwara based premier yarn maker Lagnam Spintex Ltd., FY 2021 was extremely good and the firm is doing well and creating wealth for the stakeholders in FY 2022 as well. The company's board meeting will be conducted through video conference on January 15, 2022 to decide to pay an interim dividend to shareholders. The financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021 will also be presented in the board meeting. It is worth noting that in the last 1 year, the company's stock has given a return of about 550 percent, that is, on January 7 last year, the company's stock was trading at around Rs 12 and is currently trading at around Rs 81.

Founded in 2010 and EBIDTA positive since inception, the company is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company engaged in the business of manufacture of high quality Ring & Open end yarn for domestic and export market ranging from count Ne 4 to Ne 30 which is used in Denim, Terry Towels, Bottom Wears, Home Textiles and Industrial Fabrics etc.

The share of Lagnam Spintex has zoomed 5.62 per cent in Monday's trading session. The share has gained beyond 35 per cent in last 5 days and has caught a place on investors radar for quite a few trading sessions.
