Kridhan soars by 8 per cent on order win
Kridhan has gone up by 8.5 per cent as its associate Vijay Nirman Company (VNC) won an order of Rs. 222.6 crore for rehabilitation and upgradation of the NH 167 in a joint venture in which it holds 51 per cent.
Kridhan Infra Limited (KIL) holds 41 per cent stake in the VNC. The company has vast experience in the roads, bridges, airports and affordable housing segments. It generated revenues of approximately Rs. 9 billion in FY18. Kridhan Infra has completed over 400 projects and has a good reputation in civil engineering, design and project management. KIL has also expanded its business to Singapore, Myanmar, Malaysia, and other South East Asian countries.
On Wednesday, the stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 82.90 per share and intraday low was Rs. 75.20 per share on the BSE. The company's 52-week high was at Rs. 142 and its 52-week low was Rs. 66 per share on the BSE.
At 1:09 hours, the share was trading at Rs. 77.65 per share, up by 6 per cent. The Indian benchmark indices, BSE Sensex was trading at 36,513 level, down by 0.03 per cent and Nifty50 was trading at 11,009.95 level, up by 0.02 per cent.
