Kridhan Infra buzzes as associate company wins order of Rs. 74 crore
Kridhan Infra Limited has announced that its associate company Vijay Nirman Company Private Limited (VNC) has won orders of Rs.74.2 crore.
These orders include construction work at IGI Airport in Delhi and are to be completed with a period of 5 to 7 months. KIL owns around 41 per cent stake in VNC, hence, VNC operates as an associate company of Kridhan Infra. The share price of Kridhan Infra has risen by 7 per cent since the announcement of the news on Tuesday.
Kridhan Infra Limited is a construction and engineering company. The company provides pre-cut/bend bars (readymade steel bars) and provides mechanical splicing (couplers) and threading solutions in India.
On Wednesday, the share price of Kridhan hit an intraday high of Rs. 85 per share and intraday low of Rs. 80.05. Its 52-week high is Rs. 142 and 52-week low is Rs. 66 per share on the BSE.
At 12:52, the stock of Kridhan was trading at Rs. 81.20 per share, up by 2.59 per cent. BSE Sensex was trading at 36,257.93 level, up by 0.04 per cent and Nifty50 at 10,949.45 level, up by 0.01 per cent.
