Kridhan Infra arm bags order worth Rs. 174 crore
Kridhan Infra Limited (KIL) informed bourses that its associate entity Vijay Nirman Company Private Limited (VNC) has bagged an order worth Rs. 174 crore from Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Government of India for construction works in New Delhi. The time frame for completion of this project will be around 21 months.
As on FY18 the order book of VNC was at Rs. 2,800 crore dominated by Affordable Housing (34 per cent of total order book) and Bridges and Structures (27 per cent of total order book). While the total order book of Kridhan Infra for FY18 was a little over Rs. 3,500 crore.
Kridhan Infra owns almost 41 per cent stake in Vijay Nirman Company (VNC). VNC has a vast experience in the roads, bridges, airports and affordable housing segments and is well reputed for its timely execution and its strong technical skill. VNC has completed over 400 projects, in over 30 years of operations.
Meanwhile, the stock of Kridhan Infra was trading positive during Thursday’s trading session and at 10:50 hours, the stock was trading at Rs. 73.5 per share, up by almost half per cent from its previous close.
