JMC Projects bags Rs 514 crore order
The company has received multiple orders totalling to Rs. 514 crore. The orders are for construction works in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Orissa.
At 9:55 hours, the stock of JMC Projects (India) Limited was trading at Rs. 74.00 per share, up by 0.89 per cent. The stock opened at Rs. 78.90, which was also its intraday high during the morning session on Tuesday.
The order consists of two orders for construction of educational institutes in Andhra Pradesh totalling Rs. 236 crore and two civil works in Telagana and Orissa each. The civil construction and related MEP works for Rs. 141 crore which is for a residential building in Telangana. The Orissa civil work is for a steel plant for Rs. 137 crores
The company's management is very upbeat about securing new orders for its buildings & factory (B&F) business segment and is confident of reaching its revenue and margin target for FY18-19.
JMC Projects is a subsidiary of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited. The company engages in civil EPC projects including highways, expressways, flyovers, bridges, residential buildings, hospitals, industrial projects and power plants.
