Intraday Spotlight: Linde India gains over 5 per cent with strong Q3 results
The company reported a 17.7 per cent growth in profitability.
Linde India Ltd, which is engaged in the manufacturing of industrial and medical gases, has rallied today by over 5 per cent in the early morning session from its previous close of Rs 2686.00. The stock opened at Rs 2,768 and has made its day high of Rs 2,824.30. As of 11:30 am today, the stock was trading at Rs 2,771 on the BSE.
The company has posted strong Q3 results yesterday after market hours which has fueled the rally today. Its net sales witnessed a growth of 35.5 per cent YoY and 27 per cent over the previous quarter to Rs 644 crore. Its EBITDA too witnessed a growth of 14 per cent YoY to reach Rs 148 crore. The net profit jumped by 17.7 per cent to Rs 66 crore against Rs 56 crore in the same quarter the previous year.
