Insecticides India reports strong Q3FY19 PAT growth

Insecticides India reported third quarter result of fiscal year 2018-19 on Monday. The company reported good revenue growth of around 23 per cent to Rs. 215.7 crore from corresponding quarter of previous year. During the year new products contributed largely to company’s revenue. 

In the quarter, Insecticides reported EBITDA of Rs. 32 crore which represent growth of almost 39 per cent from corresponding quarter of previous year. With better product mix the company managed to improve its EBITDA margin to 14.8 per cent in Q3FY19 from 13.1 per cent in Q3FY18. 

The net profit for the quarter jumped around 75 per cent to Rs. 17 crore from Q3FY18. Also, its net margin improved to 7.8 per cent from 5.5 per cent in Q3FY18. 

The stock of Insecticides in Monday’s trading session ended on positive note at Rs. 610 apiece, up by more than 3 per cent from its previous close.
