Inox Wind jumps 6 per cent on securing 40 MW contract
Inox Wind today jumped six per cent to Rs 42.70 on securing turnkey wind power project orders.
The company has secured new orders for the supply and installation of wind turbine generators of 40 MW from retail customers spread across various industries. The projects will be accomplished on a turnkey basis across various sites in Gujarat and Karnataka. The orders are likely to be commissioned by March 2021.
The scope of this contract comprises supply and commissioning of 2 MW DFIG 113 metres rotor diameter wind turbine generators (WTGs). It also includes the work of providing comprehensive operations and maintenance services for the lifetime of the project.
The company’s order book as of FY20 stood at Rs 8,100 crore translating total capacity of 950 MW.
