Infosys surges 3 per cent on completing acquisition of GuideVision
A global leader in the 'next generation' of IT & consulting, Infosys announced on Monday that it has completed the acquisition of GuideVision. The share of the company on Monday rose about 3 per cent during the early trading session on BSE.
GuideVision is one of the largest ServiceNow elite partners in Europe, which offers strategic advisory, training, consulting, implementations, and support on the ServiceNow platform.
With this acquisition, Infosys will be able to develop its digital capabilities, improve Infosys Cobalt portfolio of cloud services, and commitment to the growing ServiceNow ecosystem. Moreover, GuideVision comes with end-to-end offerings, including SnowMirror, a proprietary smart data replication tool for ServiceNow.

At 1.38 pm today, the share of Infosys was trading up by 2.15 per cent at Rs 1,039.55 on BSE. In comparison, S&P BSE IT index was trading at 3.29 per cent. The share has an intraday high of Rs 1,054.6 and an intraday low of Rs 1,019.
