Infosys arm bags CAD 80.3 million contract
Infosys Public Services Inc. (IPS), a subsidiary of Infosys, landed a contract worth CAD 80.3 million by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
The work includes modernizing and automating the procurement processes of PSPC by employing a cloud-based electronic procurement solution. IPS is working in collaboration with Ernst & Young (EY) LLP and SAP Canada Inc. to achieve the same.
The new solution will use SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass and ServiceNow. It will enable PSPC and its suppliers to access procurement information and services in both English and French by providing them with a web-based portal. This will allow PSPC to purchase a multitude of goods and services through a single portal, configure specific requirements, and access data and reporting and analytics information in real-time.

On Wednesday, the shares of Infosys Limited opened at Rs. 738 per share, and hit a low of Rs. 720.50 per share. At 12:11 hours, the stock was trading at Rs. 721.95 per share, down 0.63 per cent.
