India INX renames derivative contract
Changes name of ‘S&P BSE SENSEX 50 Futures & Options contracts’ to ‘India 50 Futures & Options contracts’
The India International Exchange Limited (India INX), India’s first international exchange based in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) has renamed its derivative contract ‘S&P BSE SENSEX 50 Futures & Options contracts’ to ‘India 50 Futures & Options contracts’, said a release issued by THE.
India Inx, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSE Ltd. It provides a common platform for all asset classes - equities, currencies, commodities. The exchange proposes to commence offerings of depository receipts and bonds once the required infrastructure is in place.
On Monday, the BSE Sensex closed at closed at 36,323.77 level, down by 0.60 per cent.
